Refund Policy
Berta.one is a portal for multiple products, each with its own pricing model. This page sets out the general refund principles that apply across all of them.

1. General principle
Rondanini Publishing Ltd ("we", "us") operates the products listed on berta.one. Because each product has its own pricing structure, delivery method, and terms, refund eligibility depends on the specific product you purchased. The checkout page and product site for each tool state the applicable refund terms at the time of purchase.
2. Subscription products
Products sold as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase unless the product's own terms state otherwise. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.
After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, the remaining annual term is non-refundable.
3. One-time digital purchases
Downloadable digital products (courses, workbooks, templates, design packs) are non-refundable after delivery or access is granted, because the content is fully available from the moment of purchase.
If a product is advertised with a free starter volume or preview, we encourage you to review that material before purchasing the paid version.
4. Professional services
Done-for-you services (audit reports, consulting, migration work) are non-refundable after work has begun. If we have not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund. Partial refunds for partially completed work may be offered at our discretion.
5. Free products
Many tools on berta.one are free. No refund applies because no payment was made. Free-tier usage of paid products is likewise not subject to refund.
6. Renewal charges
Automatic renewal payments are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. If you did not intend to renew, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@berta.one with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- The product name and your account or receipt email address.
- Date and amount of the charge.
- Reason for the request (optional but helps us improve).
If the product uses Stripe or Paddle for billing, you can also use the cancellation or refund link in your receipt email.
8. Processing time
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, the payment processor returns funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. A direct refund request is faster for both parties and avoids fees that neither side benefits from.
10. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a pattern of repeated requests designed to circumvent payment. In such cases we will explain our reasoning in writing.
11. Product-specific terms
Where a product's own checkout page or terms page states refund conditions that differ from this general policy, the product-specific terms take precedence.
