Chromium extensions
- Update Chrome or your Chromium browser, then update the extension (Manage extension → Details → Update).
- Disable other extensions temporarily to rule out conflicts.
- Try an incognito / guest window with only our extension enabled.
- For install failures, open the Chrome Web Store listing from the product’s marketing site and retry.
Web apps
- Hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5 on Windows), or try another browser.
- Clear cookies only for that site if you suspect a stuck session.
- Note the exact URL, time (with timezone), and what you clicked—Screenshots accelerate fixes.
What to include in email
Sends fewer round-trips. Address hello@berta.one unless the routing table says otherwise.
- Product name and link to the exact page.
- Browser + version + OS (for extensions); or browser for web apps.
- Steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behaviour.
- For payments: Stripe receipt email or last four of card + date.

Custom GPTs on the portal
Hosted on ChatGPT/OpenAI infrastructure. Login failures, quotas, outages: use OpenAI’s help centre first. If a reply clearly ignores our GPT’s stated scope, email hello@berta.one with the GPT name and a verbatim example (no secrets).
Billing, refunds, privacy
- Stripe receipts: reply to receipt email or cite date, amount, and product name in mail to hello@berta.one.
- Refund policy: follows the checkout page terms for each product—we apply them consistently.
- Privacy: per-product notices (example: Prompt Firewall) plus portal Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
